These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 939bat ("939bat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 939bat. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified 939bat of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 939bat immediately via the support contact provided in these Terms. 939bat cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

939bat accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20), HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused and returned to the originating account. 939bat does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly to your 939bat balance during normal operating hours.
• USDT (TRC-20) and Bitcoin deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which typically takes between 10 and 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. 939bat reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

939bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, network transaction fees for Bitcoin withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. Players are advised to check current network fee estimates before submitting a Bitcoin withdrawal request.

939bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry timeframes.

The following general conditions apply to all 939bat bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Cricket: PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test match markets are governed by the 939bat Cricket Betting Rules. Bets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned, except where a result has already been determined under the applicable rules for the market type.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live markets fluctuate continuously. Bets accepted at a displayed price are binding at that price. Connectivity issues on the player's device do not entitle the player to request cancellation of a bet accepted by the system at valid odds.

939bat is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Any unauthorised use of 939bat's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 939bat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

939bat expressly excludes liability for:
